Digital delivery policy

Downloadable files — such as PDFs, templates, spreadsheets or other formats — and, for memberships, access for as long as your membership is active. Each product page lists the file format, the file size and any software you need to open it.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. The product appears in your Library and we email you a receipt with a link to it. Free products, and orders a coupon brings down to $0, are delivered straight away without a payment step.

Sign in, open your Library and choose Download next to a file. Each click creates a private link that works for five minutes, so a link can't be shared or reused. You can come back and download again whenever you like.

Some products allow only a set number of downloads. Where there's a limit, it's shown on the product page before you buy.

There's nothing to ship, so there are no delivery charges and no delivery times beyond the download itself.

We recommend saving your files once you've downloaded them. If a product is ever withdrawn from sale, it may no longer be available to download.

• Paid, but the product isn't in your Library after 30 minutes? Email us your order number or payment ID and we'll sort it out.
• A file won't download or open? Tell us — we'll fix it, send a working copy or refund you, as our refund policy explains.
