• You need an account to buy. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the store and make purchases.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing purchased files or attempting fraud.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it — the copyright stays with us or the product's creator. Unless the product's description says otherwise:

• You may use it for your own personal projects, and in commercial work — including work for clients — where it forms part of something you make (a presentation, a printed planner, a website).
• You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away the files, edited or not; upload them anywhere others can download them; or present them as your own work.

A membership's content can be used only while the membership is active.

• Prices are in US dollars ($). You pay the total shown at checkout, after any coupon.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, never to us.
• One coupon can be used per order, under the conditions shown with it. Coupons have no cash value.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products are delivered digitally, immediately after payment — see the digital delivery policy. Refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded the product, and always for faulty files. The full rules are in the refund policy.

Memberships renew automatically each month and are charged to the payment method you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Subscriptions, keeping access until the end of the month you've paid for. If we change a membership's price, the new price applies to new members only.

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and your own. We check reviews before they appear and may remove ones that are abusive, off-topic or spam. Published reviews show your first name and the initial of your last name.

Don't try to get around download limits or payments, access other people's accounts, disrupt the site, or copy it with automated tools.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, and if one is faulty or not as described we'll put it right as our refund policy explains. We aren't responsible for results you get from using a product, or for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. An order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
